NEWCUT SPECTROMETER FOR MUOGRAPHY
DESCRIPTION
On Thursday, November 29, 2018, a custom designed, world-largest vertically rotatable directional spectrometer designed to seamlessly measure the angle-dependent muon energy spectrum will be unveiled at the official opening of the Hungary-Japan joint, NEC-WignerRCP-CRIEPI-UTokyo Laboratory called NEWCUT in conjunction with MUOGRAPHERS2018 Innovation Making Muography Networking (IM2N) Workshop. The world-standard energy spectrum data will be created for muographers in this lab.PROGRAM
